My services
Arbitration
I adjudicate labour disputes in all unionized sectors, including collective agreement arbitrations and interest arbitration. I am also available to adjudicate non-union disputes brought under the Canada Labour Code.
Mediation
I work with employers, unions and employees to mediate disputes and develop mutually acceptable solutions as an alternative to litigation.
Education
I provide education and training to all manner of parties in labour, human rights and administrative law, as well as arbitraition practice and procedure.
